Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly.
By signing up with Fit With Soph, you agree to the following:

Minimum Commitment

 

  • All 1:1 coaching options (weekly and fortnightly) require a minimum 12-week commitment.

  • Cancellations before 12 weeks are not permitted unless in exceptional circumstances at the coach’s discretion.

 

 

Payments & Refunds

 

  • Payments are made via Stripe and can be set up as weekly or upfront (12-weeks minimum).

  • No refunds will be issued once payment is made, unless in rare cases such as injury or serious illness, and only at the coach’s discretion.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for recurring charges.

  • Any payments missed throughout your plan WILL be collected, and may incur a missed payment fee (at coaches discretion).

 

 

Check-Ins

 

  • Weekly and fortnightly check-ins must be submitted on your nominated check-in day via the provided form.

  • Missed or late check-ins may result in reduced feedback or response time.

 

 

Communication & Support

 

  • Clients receive ongoing messaging support during the coaching period, limited to 9am-8pm.

  • One-off plan clients do not receive check-ins or messaging support.

 

 

Pausing, Cancelling or Extending Your Plan

 

  • Coaching may be paused due to illness, injury, or significant personal circumstances, provided notice is given.

  • Extensions to a plan will be automatically added, and termination of a plan after 12-weeks must be discussed with the coach in advance.

  • After the initial 12 weeks commitment, a minimum of 2-weeks notice must be provided before cancellation of a plan. 

 

One-Off Plan Terms

 

  • The one-time 5-week training plan includes one free adjustment based on client feedback.

  • No ongoing support, check-ins, or communication is included.

 

 

Client Responsibility

 

  • Clients must provide honest and accurate information during onboarding and throughout the coaching period.

  • Clients are expected to train safely and responsibly, and to inform the coach of any health changes, injuries, or limitations.

  • Failure to communicate and alert the coach of any changes to your circumstances will NOT equal the termination of your plan.
