What is
The Rediscover Program?
The Rediscover Program is a 12-week program designed to help you reset your old habits and behaviours, retrust your body and mind, and rediscover the best version of yourself.
Receive two tailored & structured 6-week training blocks specific to your goals, plus weekly nutrition and mindset challenges to help you understand WHY and HOW to achieve your goals, and a full suite of resources to further support your journey.

There are three phases as you progress through the program:
Reset: reset old habit patterns, build consistent routines, and gain a stronger understanding of training, nutrition, and resilience. feel safer around food and understand how to care for your body.

Retrust: practice discipline, compassion and confidence, while learning about the habits and routines that will make you a great athlete. learn who you want to be, and how you can strive to get there.
​
Rediscover: grow confidence in your new-found identity, practicing flexibility, trust and resilience. understand how you can maintain your health and wellness while still living authentically as you.
