1:1 Coaching

12-week minimum term

  • Choose between Weekly or Fortnightly check-ins

  • Customised programming based on your goals in 4 week blocks

  • Video demonstrations for each exercise

  • Form review & feedback

  • Access to FIT WITH SOPH app

  • Step/cardio protocols

  • Resource for nutrition to understand best way to fuel your body

  • Calorie targets with protein goal

  • Food journal feedback

  • In depth check-in with LOOM video per week/fortnight

  • Monday-Friday 1 on 1 in-app chat support

Once-off Plans

A personalized 5-week training plan delivered upfront—perfect if you’re self-motivated but want expert structure. Includes one free adjustment based on your feedback.

A one-time payment of $50. No check-ins or ongoing support, just a tailored plan to help you train with purpose.
